Unscrew the four screws attaching the UV control module to the mounting bracket.
Remove UV control module by gently lifting the module and the lamp straight up from the mounting bracket.
Firmly grasp the UV lamp by the white end piece and disconnect from the four pin connector. Avoid touching the lamp with your bare hands if possible.
Replace lamp and gently lower back into the quartz sleeve.
