We sell a wide range of products, some custom built, which range in size from tiny to gigantic. Therefore, it's hard to state a uniform policy that applies to every product and every location. When in doubt, please call or email.
Within the Contintental US
We will ship any of our products (big or small) for free via UPS Ground service to the Continental United States as long as the original order total (before sales tax) is over $75.00. Alternative shipping methods are also available free of charge on qualifying orders if UPS does not deliver to your location.
Within the Contintental US
All orders under $75.00 will ship via USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail or UPS ground (our choice) for a flat charge of $4.00. If you have a preference for a specific method of shipment please contact us.

UPS 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air are available for any shipment. We charge the actual shipping price.
Please contact us when you place your order so we can ensure expedited processing for your shipment. Most items can be shipped the same day in this case with some exceptions. Please call if in doubt.

Unfortunately we cannot offer free shipping to Hawaii or Alaska. For all orders actual shipping charges will be applied to these shipments. In most cases USPS Priority Mail is both faster and cheaper to these locations.

We ship only USPS “Priority Mail International” rate to Canada. This is a reliable and reasonably fast system that gets the product to you quickly and spares us the grief of lengthy searches for lost products. Delivery is usually within 6 to 10 days. We do not pay for, nor are we responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred for the shipment. If UPS shipping is preferred, please contact us when you place the order.

We do not typically ship orders abroad except to Canada. If you would like to arrange shipment pickup with a 3rd party shipper please contact us to set up arrangements.
If you need a shipping estimate please feel free to call us to obtain a quote for shipping prices. We are not obligated, however, by the price estimate obtained before the shipment is processed. Sometimes factors such as package size will alter the quoted rate. Our charge to you will be exactly what the Post Office or UPS charges us for the shipment.

We ship most orders in 1-2 business days from the day it is received. Large systems and special order items will often require longer processing and shipping times. If shipping is to be delayed, we'll let you know.
If you received a damaged package or product please contact us as soon as possible so we can set up a replacement and make a shipping claim. Please keep the package in the original box until the claim has been resolved.
